앱에서 바로 삭제하기

앱을 열고 오른쪽 위 설정(톱니바퀴)을 누릅니다.
친구·계정 카드 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
안내를 확인하고 한 번 더 삭제를 누르면 즉시 지워집니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없을 때

privacy@ieumapp.com으로 앱의 친구 코드(6자)와 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 7일 안에 지웁니다.

지워지는 정보

익명 계정과 카카오·Google·Apple 연결 정보(회원 식별값·이름 또는 닉네임·프로필 사진 주소·이메일)
게임 닉네임·캐릭터, 모험 진행도·점수, 대전 시즌 기록·순위·뱃지
업적 진행·획득한 업적과 프로필 배지
친구 관계(상대방 목록에서도 사라집니다)와 친구 대전 기록
푸시 알림 토큰과 알림 발송 기록
코인·XP·보석·캐릭터·가진 꾸미기의 서버 백업과 보석 지급 기록 — 쓰지 않은 보석도 되살릴 수 없습니다

기기에만 있는 기록(스테이지별 기록·대전 기록·설정 등)은 앱을 지우면 함께 사라집니다. 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보는 없습니다. 구매 내역은 Google Play·App Store에 남으며 각 스토어 정책을 따릅니다.

Delete in the app

Open the app and tap Settings (gear) at the top right.
At the bottom of the Friends & account card, tap Delete account.
Confirm once more. Your account is deleted immediately.

If you can’t use the app

Email privacy@ieumapp.com with your friend code (6 characters) from the app. We will delete your account within 7 days of confirming the request.

What is deleted

Your anonymous account and Kakao, Google or Apple link information (account identifier, name or nickname, profile image URL, email)
Game nickname and character, adventure progress and score, season records, ranks and badges
Achievement progress, earned achievements and profile badges
Friend connections (you also disappear from your friends’ lists) and friend battle records
Push notification tokens and delivery logs
The server backup of your coins, XP, gems, characters and owned cosmetics, and the gem grant log — unspent gems cannot be restored either

Data kept only on your device (per-stage records, battle records, settings, etc.) is removed when you delete the app. We are not required by law to keep any of this data. Purchase history stays with Google Play or the App Store under their policies.
